I'd like to be able to set a reminder to 'ping' / reach out to a customer about every quarter or so.
Is this possible in pagico 10?

You can try creating a task in this contact, then set a due date (say today) and set its repeat setting to every 3 months. Be sure to enable the bells (notifications) and you'll be notified about it (and of course you'll see it on your timelines too).
