After not having used Pagico for a long time, I thought I'd give it another chance with version 10. Sadly, I have come close to dumping it again as there are just so, so many bugs that I can't even establish fluid workflow.
Where shall I start:
- Creating a new list item and assigning it a colored category is broken. No color is assigned unless I first go somewhere else in Pagico and then return to this screen.
- Contact tagging is broken 1. Contact tags like [...] do not get resolved at all when added manually. They usually, but not always get resolved when adding them via the "Link to..." context manu.
- Contact tagging is broken 2. When adding a contact to a task using "Link to...", the tag often is not resolved and the (indented) task is moved somewhere else in the list, either up or down in the list tree.
- Confirming a task edit in a list by saving it with CMD-ENTER makes Pagico sound the error beep sound. Why?
- The options to save a task within a list only show up when creating a task, not when editing it. Why?
- Creating an indented task tree in a list is broken. When you create a task and then move it to an indented position, it will always be placed exactly one slot to the right of the position you are point it at. Thus, you always have to place it wrongly and then correct the position.
- The placement of contact cards in the cards view within a project overview screen (at the top) is broken. The positions are all over the place with empty slots in between that cannot be filled because the cards always snap back to odd positions when moved.
- Pressing ENTER as instructed after having created a task item saves the item ... and creates a new one. Why?
And so on... All of these issues have been existing for at least five update cycles (using Mac, V10, latest update). Is there any hope this and many others will get fixed any time soon?
