I am new to Pagico and a bit confused with how Archive works. Based on my first impression, it seems that Archive means 'Hide' in Pagico.
If it is true, what does it mean? Does it mean that the archived tasks and notes will be hidden in the Timeline?

Yes, when an item is archived, it becomes hidden and is no longer include in the Timeline or search results. But you can reveal archived items by toggling on the Box option near the top of a container (when you're inside a container).

Is there a way to keep those archived items in Timeline? The reason I ask is that I would like to do project review every quarter or half a year. And Timeline view is a great way to do it. For example, I can click into a contact and check all the tasks he or she worked on in past 3 months by using Timeline.
I also think there should be option to search archive item.
sometimes, we may need to refer back to archive item to get some hint for similar task
Inside a project go to the content tab and turn on »Show archived items«
