I am trying to figure out how tagging of contacts works. Tags seem to be in different places for almost each of the elements in Pagico.
What I wish to achieve is to group contacts by tags, e.g. "CONSULTANTS", "BOSTON", "POTENTIAL CLIENT" etc.
How do I do that?
When I try to achieve this via the contact information box, it seems only to work for individual tags and the tag browser also doesn't activate.
