This setup guide is intended for a single user with multiple computers and devices. For teams, please check out this article.
What you'll need
- You'll need to have Pagico licenses for each computer you own. Only the first license (the "primary seat") is sold at full price, with each additional seat is only $5. You can purchase them together here. You can try Pagico for free on your computer before purchasing these licenses.
- Pagico Mobile (FREE) for your mobile devices. It is available for iOS and Android.
- A Pagico ID account so all the Pagico apps can sync data together.
On your primary computer:
- Download and install Pagico
- Start a new 15-day free trial, or enter your activation code if you have already purchased licenses
- At the Welcome screen, create a new database and save it on your computer. Please avoid saving your database in a 3rd-party data sync folder, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. These 3rd party data sync services will cause sync problems when used in conjunction with the built-in data sync feature.
- Once you're in the database, go to the Preferences section and sign in with your Pagico ID account. Sign up for a new Pagico ID account if you don't have one yet. By doing so, Pagico will enable InboxSync to sync your Inbox data. To sync projects and contacts, please turn on the Personal Cloud feature. (Learn more about Personal Cloud).
On your secondary computers (if any):
- Download and install Pagico
- Start a new 15-day free trial, or enter your activation code if you have already purchased licenses
- At the Welcome screen, create a new database and save it on your computer.
- Once you're in the database, go to the Preferences section and sign in with your Pagico ID account. Then turn on the Personal Cloud option.
On your iOS and Android devices
- Install Pagico Mobile on your smart device
- Launch Pagico Mobile, and sign in with your Pagico ID account
- That's it!
