Focus mode / distraction free / minimalist design would be handy to use during the day to focus on next task ( when not in 'project planning mode'. )
This could include a floating window with a few handy features.
- A floating notetaker would be handy while using other apps. Always on top.
- Today view / timeline.
- Pomodoro timer.
