I had a sync problem showing that though I have uploaded something from my Mac, my iOS devices cannot download anything from personal cloud.

Sladeoke similar issue for me, although my iOS device is syncing, my android is not.
Random, certain items do appear on android, but it does not match with MacOS and iOS.
