Lot of issues for Pagico 9 on Windows 10 (all of them reported)
I like the new Pagico 9, but I think I'll remain in Pagico 8 until these issues will be resolved.

Thank you for your input! Most of the issues you mentioned have been addressed on our end, and the fixes will go out in our next beta build. The only remaining issue we're still working on is the rendering of graphics in 4K full-screen window size.
Please do note that Pagico 9 is in beta because we wanted to find those issues and get them fixed. Rest assured that we'll get them all before the official release.

Indeed the date picker from the Helper app only takes dates. However, you can skip the date picker entirely and just type out the dates & times in your task title, and Pagico will pick those up via the Natural Language Processing feature.
- color configuration in admin without preview
It sounds like you're using the Classic Mac version instead of the modern Mac flavor. Please delete the Pagico 9 beta from your system and download the "macOS" version. Let me know if that helps.

We'll certainly try to optimize the performance and resource usage of Pagico. But generally speaking, the more complex the rendering is, the more resource the software will require.

Just purchased Pagico 9 today.
Some frustration in that hyperlinks that I have added in note sections do not stay as hyperlinks. In Pagico 8, when you edit a note section, you would save. The links would then work as hyperlinks to files or webpages, etc. The "save" feature is missing so that as soon as i try to click a hyperlink I enter the note section as if to edit text rather than the link working as a hyperlink. Does that make sense.
Also, there appears to be quite a bit of lag as I work in the application. The application virtually stalls as if trying to catchup to my keystrokes.
I was hoping the sync to the mobile apps would be resolved, but the information from the computer application does not load into the mobile apps even after the mobile app indicates that the sync is complete.
It seems as if Pagico 9 is not quite ready to replace Pagico 8. Other than dark mode and the Summary function, it almost feels like a step backwards in functionality. The UI also doesn't look as polished as Pagico 8.
Support has always been very responsive and updates are frequent, so I'm confident that eventually Pagico 9 will get the kinks worked out. I just wish I would have continued with the trial, rather than jumping to the $25 upgrade, until it runs as well as the previous version.

The clicking-on-a-link-triggers-edit-mode issue is definitely annoying, and we'll get that fixed in our upcoming build for sure.
The lagginess may be caused by the data sync. Did you have the Personal Cloud feature enabled? If so, maybe Pagico is busy performing that initial sync in the backend. Depending on the amount of data you have, the backend data sync may cause some noticeable slowness in the UI. So take a look at the lower left corner and let me know if that's the case. In this case, the performance would return to normal after the initial sync cycles.
I'll look into our server-side logs to investigate the cause of the data sync issue. I'll convert your thread into a ticket so I can follow up with you on this matter.

Great job on the update! It is getting better all the time :) I think I discovered an issue on Pagico 9 Mac. When I go my categories instead of seeing a box filled with color I see the hex color codes. I know you aren't going to make us memorize those lol :)

I can't see a way to choose a colour for a task in Pagico 9 - is that option disappeared?
Also:
- Outlook always starts when I use Pagico 9 (I am on Windows 10 Pro)
- Is there a way to add a project to a Collection from the project's page? I can't find it!
