Pagico 9 gives internal server error (ERROR 500)

Hi:

I installed Pagico 9 r3012. The installation seemed to finish ok, but when I restart Pagico displays a page that says:

ERROR 500

Internal server error.

Powered by Abyss Web Server

etc.

 

How should I correct this?

  I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and I’ll be happy to help! 

  May I know what OS you're running? And it would be greatly helpful if you could send us your logs. Here's how:

  1) After launching Pagico, use the menu command Help > Show Logs to reveal the logs
  2) Compress the entire Logs folder and email it to support@pagico.com please.
