Hi Folks,

No one from the company has posted on this forum or on the blog at www.pagico.com for over a week.  Does anyone know what is going on?

I had a question that is not covered in the documentation and other questions have come in since I posted mine.  People are asking for all sorts of new features, but it doesn't seem like they are capable of supporting what they have now.

Pagico has several aspect that I like, but I am finding new bugs every day and I'm not inclined to report them when a straightforward question about what happens when I delete a file sits unanswered.  I'm not sure if I should continue switching over or move on.  If anyone else on the forum could share their experiences I'd appreciate it, thanks.

  @neal,

  We're certainly here, hard at work every day! As Greg mentioned, we've been continuously improving Pagico both on the desktop and the mobile platform. The past few months were relatively intense due to the end-of-year promotions , the new release of Pagico 8.10 and the brand-new Pagico Mobile. So we were a bit slow getting to everyone's emails. However, we do return every single email and most importantly, every single ticket. So if you encountered some issues, please do open a ticket so that we can keep track of it.

  For future development, we have lots of exciting things on our roadmap and we are working hard to get our list checked off as soon as we can.

  The software is mature and stable, and has seen regular updates come along in the time I have been using it.  My experience is that replies to forum posts are slow to come, but they do come.  I saw a number of replies from them in January, including a response to a feature request I made.

  There was a version update in November last year, and then two in January I think, as well as the new mobile app.

  I use Pagico for my main 'notes and actions' platform right now, and I use Devonthink Pro Office for my 'filing cabinet' needs.  It all works for my needs, and Pagico has been very reliable.

  I have no complaints about Pagico, and make my decisions based on the fact that it has most of the features I need on a day to day basis.  The pricing is reasonable, and the iOS app has had the functionality that I need as well.

  If you need daily responses to questions in the forums, you may not get that, so you'll have to make your own decision on how critical that piece is to your use scenario.

  I find Pagico great for project tasking and find the Mobile App useful.  A few quirks that I've run into I've found workarounds or rethought my work flow, and I'm still learning.  I will agree that support is hard to find - I'm just replying to your original post of March 6 for example.  Also, I have an open ticket waiting for a follow up after sending requested screen shots on March 6th.  So two weeks later I'm still waiting, maybe a ticket gets filed as info but I shouldn't expect a followup?  A+ on rolling-out the updates but D on support.

  I'm sorry for the frustration! But we do respond to our tickets as quickly as we can with an average response time being less than 24 business hours. Are you referring to the ticket #3322? We responded to that ticket on Feb 28. That appears to be the only ticket under your name. But if you're referring to a different ticket, please do let me know and we'll get back to you asap.

  Response to support tickets has been great, this software definitely has a future!
