For the "Manual Order" within projects, all new items are added to the top of the view. It would be helpful to be able to select if new items are added to the top or bottom of the view on a per-project basis.
One of the reasons to select the "Manual Order" versus the "Newest on Top" view is so that I can keep certain items always at the top of the view, which now requires all new items to be manually moved right after they are created.
