I have just noticed that when I try to export a contact from Pagico, the resulting VCF file does not contain any of my custom fields ("city, street, zip etc."). It seems like this is a bug as the resulting file is quite useless. Can you confirm this?
Also, I noted that multiple contacts cannot be exported, e.g. as an XLS-list or something like that. Can you confirm this is the case?

Sorry about that! I think the original thinking here was to create standard-compliant VCF data structure. It's been a while since we did this, but if I remember correctly, VCF structures has a limited number of fields that we can use to keep its compatibility with most of the contact apps. However, we'll certainly revisit this shortly to see if there's anything we can do to preserve as much data as possible in the exported file.

I forgot to respond to your other item --- bulk export. This is on our list, but it's not easy to do. For instance, different contacts will have different custom info fields, and that would mean lots of different columns. On the other hand, projects don't have custom fields at all, and this makes XLS (or CSV) export very difficult. But this is on our list! And we'll get to this as quickly as possible.
