Colors are a great visual cue- but choosing a color manually is not very useful- especially without the ability to create labels for the colors. So...
1. ability to create custom labels for colors.
2. Ability to use colors for a project or tag instead of just at a task level

Thanks for reaching out! You can already assign colors to projects by using the "Flag" icon on the right side of the project title area.
We'll see if we can introduce custom color choices down the road.

I would like to strongly support the request of being able to add labels to colors. It is almost impossible to remember what each color stands for when you have hundreds or thousands of individual items.
