With Fanatic Software's Informant for Mac and on its iOS and Android applications, I am able to forward my email directly to that application with a forwarding email address supplied by them. With Pagico, I also have an email address provided by Pagico to forward my email to Pagico, but that requires the use of Zapier. For Zapier's free plan, there is a limit of 100 tasks. After that a $20.00 monthly plan is required, and that is goof for only 3,000 monthly tasks. It would be much better to allow email forwarding that does not require paying for a $20.00 monthly plan. Thank you, Paul Barton

CM Official comment Paul,
Thanks for the input! We understand the limitation / pricing factor of the Zapier service. But instead of a direct email feature, we are planning to implement an IFTTT alternative, which is free for use, and it doesn't limit to just emails.

Antonio That sounds amazing...but I'm not sure what IFTTT is. Will we be able to sync Outlook to Pagico, for instance? Or Google Calendar to Pagico?
-
none Is there any update about the IFTTT alternative? I'd also like the ability to have tasks created by forwarding to an email address.
Thanks

none Checking again on IFTTT support for Pagico..? Or, other alternatives for better integrating task creation from email.
Thanks!

Richard Scott-Will-Harknett April 2017 check in for any IFTTT update...

CM Thank you all for your continued attention on our product! Just wanted to let you know that IFTTT is still on our roadmap, but we needed to prioritize our effort and focus on other things (more important ones) first. I apologize for the delay!

Richard Scott-Will-Harknett Thanks for the update CM, all understandable: you will always have more requests than time or money allow you to do!

Veresk Hello folks)
I figure that thing like the IFTTT will be very in demand. Because it is a basis for everybody who works with Email letters. And I see it will be great if you can implement the next way of a realization - when you can chose a letter and then can press a some shortcut or you can chose a point in submenu and then write some title for a task in a appeared window and then set a time and pick up a project and after that press Ok.
I'm looking forward for that. -
Randy Saeks Just another +1 for the IFTTT route! I've been using Zapier, but feel they are very limiting on their free plan with 100 tasks automated per month :(

DJ it would be great to be able to send tasks to pagico via email
