Custom ( Left ) Sidebar

As the headline suggests, I'd like to change the left navigation sidebar.

1. Change Label Wording to match my workflow. I.e. Use GTD terminology or other.
2. Toggle show / hide modules.
3. Drag and drop ordering of components. Or even just sections.
