Customizable Timelines & Merged Calendar View

I love Pagico. Across the board it is excellent.

I used to use Omnifocus but shifted because, ironically, you don't get an "omni view' of your projects.

What I'd love to see implemented is to do with the dashboard ( timeline / overview )

1. Merge the weekly / monthly calendar view and put it in the main dashboard as options. Alongside the daily, 6 week, quarterly and yearly views.
2. Customizable Presets. I'd like the ability to add my own presets to the toolbar such as 2 week view, monthly timeline, etc. Again, these are presets the user can choose as opposed to new views that are hardcoded into the app.

Can't wait to see the changes to the mobile apps. The old versions weren't as good as the desktop version.

  Thanks to both of your inputs and your conversation! Indeed we are always working on improving Pagico, and we'll certainly take a look at customizable timeline scopes. Integrating the calendar view into the timeline view will surely tidy up the UI a bit more, and we'll see if we could get this done in the near future.

  Oh, I was thinking to buy this application. The rigid timeline is a big turn off.

   

  I wish the timeline can be customized.

  I use Pagico all the time and it has a great feature set. The customizable timeline is a minor thing compared. Software like Omnifocus offers no timeline at all.

  Not enough reason to not purchase.

  I actually find the 6 week timeline as useless.

  The only reason I checked Pagico was the timeline. I want to schedule the my tasks on a weekly basis. If I drop all the tasks that run the whole month (6 weeks), the small screen of the mac cannot display them.

  The timeline in its current form is mess for me. it doesn't help me to concentrate.

  Fair enough. I'd like a 2 week view, 3 month and 6 month for my work. But that's just me. So I put in a request for cusomizable timelines so people can build their own views. 

  Given the development so far, the devs are good with their design choices so I am confident the feature will be in the pipeline. Given that it would be a popular request.

  I also hope so. Another great advantage of Pagico is the fact that it can be synced across windows and Android.

  It is very attractive for  that; both OF and Things are restricted to the Apple ecosystem.

  Weekly and monthly calendar views can be accessed via the calendar tab, not via the dashboard / timeline.

  Personally, I'd like the two merged and on the one page. Not split in two. It needs tidying up but I guess they will get to that.

  I use Pagico because I'm confident in what the devs are doing and where the product is headed. They don't do radical design changes which is great.

  Great.

  The timeline view is the great feature here. the Calander is just the same to the Apple calendar (or Busycal): I see no point in paying money for that.

   

  If the Timeline view could be developed very well, I think there is a greater potential here. Think of more versatile timeline view like Aeon timeline where you can zoom in and out of it  (zoom in to days; zoom out to months....) using the touchpad for the mac, and the screen for the mobile devices.

  With the Ghantt chart, Pagico  could be very powerful task and project management system.

  I will be checking back the developments.
