I have been using Pagico for a while at work not even to its full potential but it has still been useful. I upgraded and bought another seat because I think it will be useful at home as well. This is causing me a dilemma with the way the syncing and sharing works. I would prefer to keep home and work separate but I would like to be able to view both from each location and my phone. I am not sure how connecting my personal database to my pagico id I am using for my work database would play out, would it sync both inboxes to everything or is it database dependent? I am not sure the best way to get this to work, or if the options are switch between databases open/close which would be fine. Or to setup another workspace? Just looking for ideas, thanks in advance.

CM Official comment Steve, thank you so much for the detailed responses. They're much appreciated! I agree with what you described. And yes, having another database will take up one more slot in workspaces.
Matt, here might be an even easier solution: Have one database for personal data (on the home computer), one database for work data (on the work computer). Then, use your one workspace and add the projects & contacts that you want to see on both ends. They will stay synced and accessible no matter where you are. They will work like a "dropbox" that lives inside your Pagico.
Hope this helps!

Steve C Hi Matt, it all works perfectly. I have one computer (plus iPhone and iPad) with my work workspace and personal workspace on them, and two computers with only my personal workspace. The Inbox is common to all workspaces, therefore you can capture these items anywhere and then send them to the relevant workspace from any device/computer that contains that workspace.
This is honestly one of Pagico's best features, as I was always uncomfortable with apps that wouldn't allow me to keep the two parts of my life separate.

Steve C Sorry - to clarify, I have one computer with ONLY the work workspace on it. That means that NONE of my personal stuff is visible on my work computer (apart from Inbox items that haven't been assigned to a workspace yet). Similarly, none of my work stuff is visible (or accessible) on my home computers that don't have the work workspace enabled. The same goes for associated contacts, of course.

Matt Knoll Great, I am going to try it out, thanks.

Steve C Another scenario is that if you simply want to be able to open and close multiple workspaces on the same computer, just to keep them separate, you can create a separate database for each. You can then use 'Close database' from the Edit menu, then open a different one from the Welcome screen.
I've never tried it, but I guess you could even create another database called, say, 'Home and work', then sync both your home and work workspaces with that, for times when you wanted to view both at the same time. I assume this would use up another instance of your workspace sharing limits for each, but maybe somebody else could clarify?
