The File Upload Experience
When they clicked on the Upload Files button, they will see a simple and user friendly interface that feels almost like writing an email:
Your clients can upload the file without signing up or signing in. This one-step process is ultra streamlined so you can send out the file request confidently to your clients, knowing that they will be able to complete the process without extra training.
You Get Notified
As soon as the file uploads are completed, your clients will see a simple "Upload Completed" screen, and you will get notified. The files are ready to use in your track projects immediately.
Not just files...
In addition to just having access to the files, the client can also supply a note when they upload. Their notes could be about the files they uploaded, or overall ideas about the project. These notes will automatically be stored in your track project's Note pod, so you can easily see what they said when you're in the workspace.
Wrap Up
This is the File Request feature. It allows you to easily request files from clients, and get notified when the files are ready. It can significantly simplify the file collection process during your audio production projects.
