Q: Can I use Opusonix for free?

A: Yes. Opusonix's entry-tier is free to use! The free tier comes with some feature and capacity restrictions, while the Pro tier offers enhanced capability across the board.

Q: Is there a free trial for the Opusonix Pro service plan?

A: Yes, the Opusonix Pro comes with a 7-day free trial period. Simply choose to upgrade to the Pro tier, and you won't be charged until 7 days later.

Q: Can I cancel the Opusonix Pro service plan?

A: Yes, you can cancel your Opusonix Pro service plan at any time!

Q: How do I change my service tier (to Pro or back to Free)?

A: To change your service tier, first log on to your Opusonix account portal. Next, click on your avatar icon near the top right corner, then click on the "Account Settings" menu command. There you'll be able to see your current service tier, resource usage, and upgrade or downgrade your service selections.

Q: Does Opusonix compress audio files?

A: No, Opusonix does not compress your audio files. Opusonix supports a wide range of audio formats, from uncompressed (WAV, AIFF) to compressed (mp3, m4a, AAC, etc).

Q: How much data can I upload?

A: The Opusonix Free tier offers 1GB of data storage, while the Opusonix Pro tier offers 200GB of data storage. The single largest file you can upload or download is 5GB.

Q: Can I change the visual styling of my projects?

A: Yes! You can change the background image of your projects by going to the Settings tab (on the right), then choosing the background image. Opusonix provides a collection of stylistic images to match various moods of your projects, and you can also upload your own images to further control the visual image and the branding of your projects.

Q: Besides audio files, can I upload other files (such as midi, images or pdf, etc) related to my projects?

A: Yes. Each track project offers an audio track container and a generic file collection pod. Audio files are uploaded to the audio track container, while other files related to the same track project can be stored in the file collection pod. All the documents can be easily opened or downloaded by all collaborators.
