Looping in clients and keeping them up-to-date

This feature describes a feature that is only available in Pagico 9 or later.

To share a project or a contact with someone else, you can click on the "Share" button from within a project or a contact, then choose the "invite People" menu option.

Previously known as "Public Share" in Pagico 8, this newly improved share feature allows you to send a read-only version of your current project (or contact) to up to 32 people at once. All you need to put in are email addresses, and Pagico will pack up your content, update it on our server, and email everyone with a nice invitation email on your behalf. You can even attach a brief message to be included in the invitation email for a more personal touch.

One-Time Share or Add as Subscribers?

In most cases, you just need to share your data with someone on a one-off fashion. But if you want to want Pagico to remember this list of people and send out future update notices to them down the line, choose the "Add as Subscribers" option.

By adding as subscribers, Pagico will keep the list of emails for you. Then, when needed, simply click on the "Share" button, followed by "Notify Subscribers" to send out an update notice to all subscribers. Please note that by keeping the Share feature enabled, all your changes are updated in the public version immediately. However, your subscribers won't be notified about changes until you use the "Notify Subscribers" feature. This way you don't have to worry about your subscribers getting too many emails.

Unsubscribing

To manage your subscribers, simply click on the "Share" button followed by the "Manage Subscribers" option. From your subscribers' standpoint, they can opt-out of your emails at any time.
