While Pagico is a local application that doesn't require internet to function, there are features that require an active internet connection. These features include software activation, automatic update checker, and workspace data sync. If your computer is behind a proxy or a strict firewall, then Pagico may have trouble reaching our servers.

You can check if Pagico can reach all our services by going into the Preferences section and looking at the service status lights, which should be all green.
