By connecting Pagico to your calendar app, you can see all your Pagico tasks in a calendar view, and you’ll get notifications (alarms) even when Pagico isn’t running. Here’s how:
On Mac:
- Switch to the Preferences view by clicking on the “Gear” icon in the toolbar, then switch to the Database-Specific section from the sidebar.
- Under the Calendars section, click the “Connect Pagico to Calendar App” button, which will bring up the system default calendar application automatically.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, and be sure to uncheck “Remove Alerts” and “Remove Attachments” options, and change the Auto-refresh to a shorter interval, such as every 15 minutes.
On Windows
- Switch to the Preferences view by clicking on the “Gear” icon in the toolbar, and scroll to the Extend Your Pagico section.
- Click the “Connect Pagico to Calendar App” button, which will bring up your system default calendar app automatically. You can choose to use your favorite calendar app, as long as it can subscribe to internet calendar feeds (iCalendar).
- Follow the on-screen instructions, and choose “Yes” to adding the calendar feed.
Removing your Pagico calendar feed
